---------------------------------------------------------------------------

A1VIZ Scene Inspector
Inspect. Find. Organize.

The script helps to navigate the complexities of someone else's (and sometimes your own) scene. Its functionality is as simple as all genius things, and it greatly helps to save time on simple operations.

The main feature of the script is that it finds light sources (including self-illumination), cameras, splines, proxies, objects with Chamfer, scatterers, and other objects, detaches them from groups, and moves them to a separate layer. (for example, it collects all cameras in the layer _Cameras, light sources in _Lights, etc.) After that, you can isolate the layer and figure out what is what. The Back button returns the objects to the layers and groups they were in.

Size Inspector displays in tables the most high-polygon objects in the scene and a list of used textures. Textures can be sorted by size, and those that are too large can be reduced using the built-in tool.

Plugins Inspector shows which plugins and scripts were used and are still being used in the scene, as well as which objects they relate to.

Modifier Finder finds all objects in the scene to which the selected modifier has been applied. Just open the list of modifiers and select the one you need.

Collapse All to Edit Poly collapses the modifier stacks and converts the scene geometry to Editable Poly, without affecting light sources, cameras, splines, and other objects not related to geometry.

Three search areas:

Entire scene - search across the entire scene, including hidden and frozen objects.

Layer 0 - search only among objects in layer 0.

Active layer - search in the current active layer, which is determined when the button is pressed.

When searching in a separate layer, only the objects directly located in it are considered, without child layers. Target objects of found cameras and light sources are moved along with them, even if they are in another layer.

Installation: simply drag the mzp file onto the viewport, the script will open immediately; if you need a button, pull it out through Customize → Customize User Interface → Toolbars → A1viz
