Hammerhead sharks (LAT. Sphyrnidae) is a family of fish of karharinoobraznyh sharks.
A distinctive hallmark is the unusual shape of the head, resembling a hammer, so one of their common name is hammerhead. Head much uplo?ena, flanked by large knobs. The area head is increased at the expense of the vyrostov and the skin contains many electrosensitive cells that turns the head in the sensitive "Locator" to find prey. The eyes are located on the edge of vyrostov.
