Arched window in French style

The preview renders are done in Corona Render 10.
Materials — Corona Legacy Mtl.
A version of Corona Render no lower than 1.5 is required.

Three-section arched balcony block in French style with decorative layout (mullions) and on the windowsill block (recess)

There are two options for the window in the scene:
1. With wall (reveals)
2. Without wall

Please note: the windowsill plane is made without thickness. This is done specifically for optimization and to eliminate unnecessary geometry when joining with the wall.

Pivot is set for convenient adjustment.

All objects and materials are logically named.

For earlier versions of 3ds Max or third-party programs, use the FBX file.

Poly: 18179

For Corona Render: it is recommended to use a version no lower than 1.5, as the glossiness of the materials is set with PBR in mind.
