To correctly display the fur, it is recommended to use millimeters as the unit of measurement (System Units Setup - Millimeters)

The export file does not contain the fur modifier, only the base geometry is present. A screenshot with the Hair and Fur settings is included in the archive.

To correctly display the napkin texture, it is recommended to set up Displacement in Render Setup:
