Decorative sculpture for interior decor in classical, historical, and study styles. Suitable for a shelf, console, mantelpiece, bookcase, home office, library, or museum-style / thematic display. A woman's head with wavy hair gathered under a fillet — according to researchers, the sculpture is identified either as a nymph or muse, or as a fragment of a full-figure statue from the niobid group.
Materials: plaster, terracotta, waxed cast iron.
The archive contains two versions of the model: 17,445 polygons — light version with CoronaDisplacementMod (32-bit displacement map); the modifier is present in the scene and disabled by default. 62,630 polygons — version with baked relief geometry (SubDiv 1), no modifiers (FBX only).
The archive also includes a modular pedestal as a separate object — it can be removed or replaced.
AI tools were used at the draft geometry stage. All further work was done manually: form refinement and sculpting detail in ZBrush, retopology and mesh control, UV unwrapping, texture baking in Substance Painter from the high-poly mesh, custom PBR materials, scene assembly and setup in 3ds Max. Geometry has been checked: no vertex gaps, no flipped normals, no stray or overlapping polygons.
Technical data: 3ds Max 2020, Corona Renderer Units: millimeters Overall dimensions (with pedestal): 161.95 × 187.29 × 275.91 mm Bust dimensions (without pedestal): 158.18 × 187.29 × 249.91 mm Polygons: 17,445 / 62,630 Objects: 3, XForm reset, Box Trick applied, pivot centered at base, Z = 0 Textures: 2048×2048 (2K): Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal (OpenGL) Formats: 3ds Max 2020, FBX
