You can adjust the degree of smoothing if necessary.(in viewport - 0 iterations, in render - 1 iteration)
Displacement works in the baseball cap material.
For correct display at close angles, it is recommended to configure the Displacement in the Render Setup: tab Performance - Displacement - Screen Size (px): 0.5 - 1
