In the archive, there is a 3ds Max 2021 scene for Corona and V-Ray + FBX files.
The renders for the preview were made in Corona 12. The model uses Corona Legacy Mtl. A version of Corona Renderer no lower than 1.5 is required. Material conversion to V-Ray was done using the V-Ray scene converter.
An OpenSubdiv modifier has been applied to all objects except for books, wooden panels, and the desk lamp, and is disabled during rendering (geometry for smoothing). Adjust the level of smoothing as needed.
The materials for the vase, figurine, and metal parts of the candlestick have a displacement map applied.
Poly: 12390
Verts: 12797
The set elements are made conditionally (without branding), optimized, and where necessary, the OpenSubdiv smoothing modifier has been applied. There is no unnecessary geometry in the scene. The archive is as lightweight as possible. All objects and materials are logically named.
“For Corona Renderer: it is recommended to use a version no lower than 1.5, as the glossiness of materials is set with PBR in mind.
For those working in V-Ray versions lower than 3.1, please be cautious. In the materials under the BRDF section, Microfaset GTR (GGX) is set; if your version is older than 3.1, the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong, or Ward – whichever is preferable for you.”
