The 3ds max file contains four spheres with fully prepared multi materials. Take the one you need with a pipette and transfer it to the chair.
Each material has a seam and border color set to the color of the fabric. If necessary, the seam color can be adjusted through the stich color material by changing the color in the diffuse. Border color through the projecting joint material
