Dodge Challenger is the name of three different generations of cars (two of which are pony cars) produced by the American automobile manufacturer Dodge.
The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is a high-performance variant of the Challenger, powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi engine producing 707 hp. and torque of 650 lb-ft. The interior high beam on the left front has been removed to allow air to enter the engine, resulting in more torque, and the wheel arches are different from standard SRTs to accommodate 20" aluminum wheels.
The Demon is a limited edition wide-body and extreme (drag racing-level) variant of the already high-performance Challenger SRT Hellcat. It debuted at the New York Auto Show in April 2017.
Demon uses an all-new 6.2-liter V8 engine fitted with a 2.7-liter supercharger that develops 808 hp. The tires are designed for the drag strip but have enough tread pattern to be usable on the road.
