To crop the player’s sleeves, you need to go into the Editable poly modifier, switch to Edge mode, select the edge in the section of the arm, which is located in the bicep area (groove) and press Flip. Then go into Polygon mode, select the sleeves and remove the unwanted mesh that you disconnected.
