This is a collection of 9 seamless dirt textures made by me for any surface.
This is a way to achieve that very realism in your renders.

Archive includes:

9 pieces of PBR textures 4096x4096 pixels, 8 bit, .PNG
3ds Max version 2015 with Corona materials | Vray | Standard for other programs

All textures are created for the "metalness roughness" working area that most programs use. For the "specular glossiness" 3ds max workspace, these maps have been inverted so that they work correctly

To customize to your taste, connect to any material to the Glossiness parameter directly, or through the Mix card and change the intensity of the overlay. Also, through the Color Correction card, you can change the matte / glossiness of the surface

It is recommended to install the version of Corona Render not lower than 1.5, as the Glossiness of materials is configured with PBR in mind
Those who work in V-Ray versions lower than 3.1, be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR ( GGX ), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - whichever suits you best
Good luck with your renders!
