The export file is partially for anti-aliasing. Apply the Turbosmooth modifier to the objects:
for wooden plates, a decorative plate with a black and white pattern, shovels and ladles - 2 iterations, for other objects 1 is enough;
you do not need to apply anti-aliasing to a bouquet, a towel holder, plates, marble trays, cutting boards and a round bottle.
The anti-aliasing stack in the scene is not collapsed - displaying 0 iterations in the viewport, 1-2 iterations on the render.
