Lamborghini Diablo was a sophisticated all-wheel drive supercar from the second half of the 1990s. However, the company managed to surprise everyone with a new model that goes back to its roots and is focused solely on speed.
Named the SV (Super Veloce) after the most famous version of the Miura, the updated Diablo was an alternative to the unpopular rear-wheel drive base model.
More aggressive in appearance and more powerful than the standard rear-wheel drive Diablo, the SV was introduced with a starting price 10 percent lower.
Aesthetically, the Diablo SV received several new details that made it much more attractive than the base model.
The SV's unique front bumper featured single-point fog lights, redesigned air ducts and an optional splitter, while large side decals let everyone know this was a special Lamborghini.
