The projection is made by a light source (Target_Spot), in the Spotlight Parameters tab the image aspect ratio is 1.7 (16:9), there you can also change the projection scale, in the Advanced Effects - Projector Map tab there are image maps.
The glow effect is made using a light source (corona_light) and a customized VolumeMtl material.
