The backs of the products have an original exclusive curved shape. At the request of the customer, items in the form of buttons in a peaked, carriage and lobed “capitonné” are made with double internal tightening of the back. For all models of our production, the author's complex composite, non-separable, durable, environmentally friendly frame is used. Instead of high-quality dried coniferous timber (pine), we use hardwood plywood (birch) F21, which significantly increases the strength of the finished product and eliminates the possibility of squeaks.
Back frame: bent glued wood industrial plywood from stacked birch veneer with a total thickness of 12mm. Seat and drawer frame: lattice-panel construction made of bar elements of wood, panel parts made of plywood.
The shock absorbers of the elastic base are a rubber-fabric tape belt. The maximum distributed load on the frame is 150kg. Frame swing within the amplitude of 3.0 mm is not considered a defect. Other components: birch furniture plywood, fiberboard, furniture cardboard, wood glue made in Sweden, fastening bracket, furniture straps.
Metal supports are provided as standard. Coating of supports: we offer you a choice of chrome, patinated, lapatized supports in silver, dark nickel, bronze, gold, as well as any shade in a wide RAL palette. Special thrust pads protect the frame and the floor from scratches, thereby increasing the service life / Harizmazone filler and stuffing material (optional choice of the customer for each element at the time of placing the application): springless holofiber (synthetic wool in balls) / synthetic winterizer / latex polyurethane foam / periotec / Memory Foam of various thicknesses and densities.
The bodies of our products are formed by flooring parts from two layers: the filler between the upholstery and the frame is elastic elastic polyurethane foam brand HR3535 (easily takes the shape of the body, does not deform over time) of various thicknesses, density 25+ and softness and (optionally) synthetic winterizer / foam rubber of increased strength to create voluminous decorative weights.
The seat cushions are non-removable, the flooring is combined: the bottom layer is made of highly elastic polyurethane foam; the upper, more comfortable layer, is made of soft polyurethane foam brand HR3525. On the top of the pillows, a flooring of synthetic winterizer 200 is attached, on the backrest segments of synthetic winterizer 100 and memory foam with an unforgettable memory effect. That. seating and back support can be made in varying degrees of softness: elastic, medium, increased softness and sinking landing.
The design of Harizmazone provides for the obligatory anatomical bending of the inner base of the backrest, taking into account the natural lordosis of the spine (lumbar support point, which provides additional seating comfort).
