This chair was born from a sense of the need for protection. The idea of a high back matured over four years since I discovered Charles Rennie Mackintosh — his objects and architecture amazed me with their monumentality. I wanted to reach the same height but add functionality: thus, a modular system emerged, where each element protects the sitter from the neighbor, providing a sense of privacy even in a crowded environment.
