About the brand lulu'space:
lulu space is a designer furniture brand with its own production in the Moscow region, founded in 2017 by product designers. The brand's collections are made in a style of moderate minimalism and are intended for those who value surrounding themselves with aesthetic and functional items.
The mirror from the new series PATTERNS was developed by designer and co-founder Maria Evtushenkova during her participation in the Artel research laboratory for an exhibition at the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts. Within the framework of the laboratory, the designer studied archival materials and books about Russian folk household items and decorative techniques for working with wood, and visited the Kizhi Museum-Reserve in Karelia. This trip inspired her to incorporate delicate references to Russian wooden architecture in the design of items for this series.
