38°49’N 175°55’E are geographic coordinates of the Taupo Lake — the largest lake of the New Zealand archipelago. It’s situated on the North Island in the crater of the sleeping volcano Caldera (Spanish for crater). Circus-like shape of the volcanic caldera became an inspiration for the clean lines of the armchair and the pouf of the 38° — 175° TAUPO collection.
