Thank you. But it is worth noting that I completely disagree with the author of the link, despite the great work done by them. Misconception that good grid - it is always rectangular polygons. Retopologiyu in quads makes sense if it is assumed further animation and / or smoothing model, which in our case is not so. The only reason that would make sense to have engaged retopologiyu manually - a desire to add or remove items as artifacts extra breaks, placing quads along the folds. But much faster and physically more correct simply increase the initial density of the grid. And although it is only possible to some limits, consistent adaptive subdivision HSDS solves related problems. A further optimization using the same or ProOptimizer Zremesher makes the fabric only realistic, mainly affecting the flat seats and removing excess "noise" while at times reducing the weight of the model. Of course, I would not write it all in the comments on someone else's model, but then I can not answer.
