The model is made for Turbosmoth.

To turn off the light, uncheck "On" in the Corona light and in the material of the orange tubes (filament) in the Advanced options - Self-illumination set the value Multiplier=0.

In the model file, all the spots are in the original (zero) position and directed downwards. The model is fully prepared for rotation, all Pivots are set (shown in the image where the rotation occurs), so you can easily direct each lamp in the direction you need, as shown in the preview.
