The pile on the shawl is multiplied using Corona Scatter, which allows not to load the scene with unnecessary geometry; for distant shots, the pile can be turned off. Scatter settings in the archive. Only propagation samples are left in the export file.

The scene has a TurboSmooth - 1 Render iters modifier, the stack is not collapsed. There is no modifier in the export file.

The model was created in 3ds Max 19.
