OpenSubdiv modifier (2 iterations) is open.
To make the scene lighter, reduce the number of iterations from 2 to 0, and increase the render iterations from 0 to 2. In this case, the number of polygons and vertices will be reduced to the values specified for the max file.

If you need a higher pouf: in the max file, the upper part of the pillow is selected in the editing window in order to conveniently move it higher, thereby increasing the height of the pouf without violating the geometry.

In CoronaRenderer 6 and below, CoronaLegacyMtl is CoronaMtl.
CoronaLegacyMtl requires Corona Renderer version 1.5 or higher, as it takes PBR into account.
