The precisely delineated Serenissimo renders a table as a graphic composition, with four columns and a linear steel girder to float the table-top above. In the key of Lella and Massimo Vignelli’s original design, the creation speaks through its geometry and materials. Its elemental shapes, defined by the soft tones of Venetian stucco and refined metal finishes, now take on a new expression with the introduction of a marble top – available exclusively with the metal base – which flanks the wide glass surface. This striking material presence enriches the composition, resulting in a harmonious balance of monumental proportions.
