The rotating frames are made separately, the Pivot for them is installed for convenient rotation. The internal frames are linked to the main (large) frame. When the main frame moves, all elements will move with it. The towels are linked into frames on which they hang. When you rotate the frame, the towels will rotate with them. In OBJ, all bonds are removed and drying is done with one element.
