The Limbo hoop light fixture depicts a spontaneous moment of an aerial gymnast in flight. Made from the finest wires hand-woven into a lattice, this striking design is both a work of art and a functional light fixture.

The Limbo hoop light fixture was created by Kenneth Cobonpue and was nominated for the Interior Design magazine's "Best of 2020" award in the "Lighting: Chandelier" category.
Meticulously handcrafted from fine wire, the Limbo hoop is coated in copper lacquer and adorned with delicate floral details. The body of the acrobat in the Limbo hoop is encircled by two rings with LED backlighting.
Technical details:
- The model is created with a sufficient polygon count for medium angles;
- The model is suitable for very close angles; I recommend applying a Turbosmooth modifier with 1 iteration;
- Renders are done with a Turbosmooth modifier with 1 iteration;
- By default, the model in the archive has the rings turned off; to turn them on, move the material from slot 6 to slot 2, or change id2 to id6 at the polygon level.
- The material is attached to the object's pivot; I do not recommend changing it.
- The mesh and patterns are made of geometry.
Preview renders are done in Corona Render 9. For Corona Render, it is recommended to use a version no lower than 1.5, as the glossiness of the materials is set with PBR in mind.
