The Russian company BelsiHome takes its name from the first few letters of its founders' surnames, Belim and Sibilev. Its motto is: "We don't compromise between design and functionality—our furniture is practical, versatile, and beautiful." Most of its products are designed and engineered in-house, and the original Skeleton collection was created in collaboration with the Furniture Department of the Stroganov Moscow State Academy of Art and Design, a leading figure in contemporary Russian design.

The Skeleton collection is available not only in Russia, but also in a number of other countries, such as Japan, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Iran, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
