In the archive, there is a 3ds Max 2020 scene with Corona and V-ray + fbx files. The renders for the preview were made in Corona Render 13. The model uses Corona Legacy Mtl. Corona version 1.5 or higher is required. Material conversion to V-ray was performed using the V-ray scene converter. The scene contains 2 models of linden trees, 9.5 meters (98817 poly) and 10.5 meters (95474 poly) in height. The foliage is made as a separate object and can be removed if necessary. Polys: 194291 Verts: 286425 Objects and materials in the scene have logical names. "For Corona Render, it is recommended to use version 1.5 or higher, as the glossiness of materials is set with PBR in mind. For those working in V-ray versions lower than 3.1, please be careful. In the materials section, BRDF is set to Microfaset GTR (GGX); if your version is older than 3.1, the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong, or Ward - whichever is preferable for you."
