Wellsee chalice perfection 230604000 freestanding acrylic bathtub

The base of the bathtubs is made of cast acrylic — a rigid 5 mm sheet of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), obtained from liquid monomer by polymerization. The solid blank is placed in a robotic mold under vacuum, where it is heated to 200 °C and filled under high pressure into the mold of the future bathtub: without the formation of voids, bubbles, or cracks.
