Versus is a study of contrasts, embodying the human form in sculptural lamps. Inspired by the surrealist art of Leonora Carrington, the collection creates sleek, pointed silhouettes that occupy space like ethereal figures or walking obelisks. The shapes resemble heads, with tilted chins and bowed brows, creating a dramatic interplay of form, shadow, and scale. Versus continues the design explorations initiated in 2007, celebrating contrast, elegance, and subtle humor — a nod to the timeless joke "Spy vs. Spy" and the enduring power of sculptural storytelling in the home.
