To understand what’s actually working on the market, we looked at January’s real purchase data. The models below are the ones designers chose for real projects and were willing to pay for.
Think of this as a snapshot of demand: what’s moving, which categories are performing, and where opportunities might be hiding.
Overall Top 10
These models generated the highest number of sales in January across all categories. All of them were published between July 2025 and January 2026.
Sports and fitness assets stand out in this month’s ranking. Four out of ten models in the overall top fall under Other Models, and most of them are gym-related.
At the same time, there’s no single runaway bestseller this month. Sales are spread across several models, with no clear leader pulling far ahead. January shows steady performance from multiple strong niche assets.

Furniture makes up 37% of all January sales, not a surprise for archviz, where furniture is basically the foundation of any interior scene. Furniture, Lighting, and Decoration together account for 63.4% of all sales, while the remaining demand is spread thin across other niches.
At the same time, category size doesn’t always translate directly into visibility in monthly rankings. As seen in the Overall Top 10, smaller segments can still produce leading models when demand concentrates around a specific type of project.

These data highlight which assets performed best within their own segments. We focused on core interior categories (Furniture, Lighting, Decoration), which account for the majority of total sales, as well as segments that showed disproportionate visibility in the Overall Top 10 or strong performance despite smaller overall share (Other Models, Materials, Plants).
Furniture — Top 5
The Top 5 includes large functional pieces such as wardrobes, cabinets, and dining tables. These objects typically serve as central elements of interior scenes
Lighting — Top 5
The Top 5 features a mix of pendant lights, floor lamps, and table lamps
