The chair model is available in two color variations: black and beige, you can choose one of the available material sets in the "State material editor", which are depicted as balls. Materials can be edited, change color, adjust color correction, change texture tiling.
You can choose one of the types of mounting systems, a regular iron stand or ceiling mounts, which are shown in the images. By default, the ceiling mount is turned off in the 3D Max scene, you just need to turn on the one you want.
Some objects have a Turbosmooth modifier, depending on the rendering angle I recommend turning it on and off
