An author opens their profile, scrolls through their models, and tries to figure it out — was this month a good one or not really? That batch of flower arrangements from 2020 — is it still bringing in anything, or is it done? And that stool I made back in 2019, the one that seems to outsell all my new work combined — is that actually true, or am I imagining things?

March was a good month by the numbers — total purchases across all categories grew about 7% compared to February. The category structure stayed relatively intact at the top, but a few things shifted underneath: plants had their strongest month of the year so far, carpets took over Decoration, and Childroom posted the largest percentage gain of any category.
So, let’s get into it.

Hi, this is the 3dsky team. We're back with our monthly sales breakdown. Last month was January, this month February. Same format: we look at the data, find the stories behind the numbers, and share everything with you.

On February 14, we officially closed submissions for our Valentine’s Day contest. And honestly, over that weekend we reviewed so many candles, napkins, and dessert plates that we could now set the perfect romantic dinner table with our eyes closed.

For Valentine’s Day, we’re running a new contest for 3dsky authors. The theme is А table for two, a romantic dinner setting. Soft lighting, candles already lit, napkins neatly folded, cutlery perfectly placed. A table for two, a slow conversation, a few pauses, the kind of evening that feels complete just the way it is.

The changes affect account transfers, publishing models created by other authors or based on their materials, and using multiple accounts by one person. In this article, we break down what’s now allowed, what’s still prohibited, and how to act in gray areas with examples and explanations.

At the end of the year, we launched our annual New Year contest for 3dsky authors. Submissions closed on December 30, and now it’s time to share the results.

Late December is a good time to take a step back and review the year. It’s been a long one, with plenty of work and projects along the way.
