-------------------------------------------------
Offline browser for the Corona material library for 3ds Max. Reads the library located on the disk after installing Corona 14/15 (folder materials), without Chaos Cosmos, the internet, and an account.
Features:
- categories, search by name, sorting, preview size;
- double-click or context menu: assign material to selected objects or place in Material Editor slot;
- textures are connected from the assets folder of the library;
- favorites;
- select your own library folder.
Installation: unpack the archive, drag Install_CoronaMaterialLibrary.ms into the viewport of 3ds Max, then add the "Corona Material Library (offline)" button (category "Corona Library") to the panel or menu via Customize User Interface.
Requirements: 3ds Max 2021 and newer (tested in 2021, 2024, and 2026; Python 3 and PySide are required, included in 3ds Max). For creating materials, Corona must be installed in this version of Max; the library browsing works without it.
The script only reads the Corona library files, does not download, does not send data online, and does not modify Corona files. Settings and favorites are stored in the 3ds Max user folder (scripts\CoronaMaterialLibrary).
