The French empire collection is a modern version of the recognizable magnificent style of the era of the French Second Empire (Second Empire, 19th century). The luxury of design with intricate carvings and twisted columns of handmade work is “softened” by using artificially aged wood, which gives the product a less solemn and more comfortable look. To obtain a beautiful patina, the material is subjected to complex multi-stage processing. Hand-crafted details are connected to each other and to the bed with the aid of a thorn-groove fastening.
