Restoration Hardware Rug

Mauro's botanical motif and arched borders pay homage to antique Turkish carpets, yet its asymmetrical central motif lends a contemporary, freehand appeal. Expertly knotted from hand-spun wool and fine viscose, the sheared pile feels exceptionally soft underfoot.

Our hand-knotted Traditional rugs celebrate the authentic character of antique carpets, reenvisioned from a modern point of view. The sketched motifs are updated on a relaxed, open scale, whether in a polished silk or in a low-pile distressed wool rug. These versatile rugs evoke the patina and textural transitions imparted by generations of use.
