Mayar reimagines centuries of artistry in loosely drawn diamonds that frame ancient, abstract icons. Undyed, washed wool is characteristic of Moroccan rugs, imbuing the sheared pile with a shaggy plushness and random striations of color.

Like the heritage Atlas-mountain rugs that inspire them, our Moroccan-style rugs are hand knotted by master artisans and traced with rustic, unstudied motifs. The natural wool yarns are spun by hand, an authentic method that imparts rich variations into each strand of the sink-in pile.
