Historical facades look good in the scene, but in reality most often, the view from the window is determined by the facades of modern buildings. I present to you the first modern façade from the series.

Additional Information:

-Example of use in the interior scene here https://www.behance.net/voskresenski
-Does look convincing as a 3d scan
-Has enough polygons 28 952 (does not slow the scene)
-You can copy / mirror and create a block or street.
-Add realism and atmospheric work.
-The model is at the origin of the coordinate system.
-The model is a single object (for attaches) and will not fall apart when moving.
- There are no extraneous objects in the scene.
