About the brand lulu'space:

lulu space is a designer furniture brand with its own production in the Moscow region, founded in 2017 by product designers. The brand's collections are made in a style of moderate minimalism and are intended for those who value surrounding themselves with aesthetic and functional items.

The bench from the new series PATTERNS was developed by designer and co-founder of the brand Maria Evtyushenkova during her participation in the Artel research laboratory for the exhibition at the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts. Within the laboratory, the designer studied archival materials and books on Russian folk household items and decorative techniques for working with wood, and visited the Kizhi Museum-Reserve in Karelia. This trip inspired her to use delicate references to Russian wooden architecture when designing items for this series.
