The Dimplex Albany Opti-myst electric fireplace is a wide built-in fireplace with a real flame effect. The innovative mechanism for creating a live fire effect is implemented using an ultrasonic steam generator that turns water into cold steam. The illumination of the steam clouds and their upward movement occurs thanks to five halogen lamps that, through light filters, color the lower and upper layers of the fireplace differently: brighter to give the appearance of a flame and less to create the appearance of smoke.
