The archive contains 3ds max 2015 scenes for V-Ray and Corona + fbx files.
If your 3ds max version is lower than 2015, then use fbx files.
The renderers for the previews are made in V-Ray 6. The conversion of materials to Corona is performed using Corona converter.

"For Corona Render: it is recommended to install a version not lower than 1.5, since the glossiness of the materials is configured with PBR in mind.
If you work in a V-Ray version lower than 3.1, be careful. In the materials in the BRDF section, there is a Microfaset GTR( GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward, whichever is preferable for you."
