The fur is made with Hair and Fur.
The fur settings are attached in the archive.
The archive contains 2 OBJ files. One with fur converted to mesh, the second without fur (for this I attached the fur settings).
The scarf has a displacment (on the mesh you can see that the pile goes through it, on the renders this is not).
