Tired of drawing a line and then adjusting the vertices? Use Smart Spline.

The script allows you to draw a line just like in AutoCAD.

Brief instructions:
Shift - enables angular snapping.
Shift+Ctrl+Left Mouse Button - allows you to enter the exact segment value.

Installing the script.
Scripting->Run Script->select file->Open
