The table is round, unfortunately I don’t know the name, I made the model from the photo.

In the BRDF section there is a Microfaset GTR (GGX), if the Vray version is lower than 3.1, then change to your discretion. I put Blinn.
Corona is also tuned for PBR. If the version is below 1.5, then there will be a change to Legacy Mode
