There are 3 options in terms of renderer in the archive: CoronaPhysicalMtl, CoronaLegacyMtl and VRayMtl.

First one requires version of Corona Renderer 7 or newer, second one requires Corona Renderer 1.5 or newer.
In case if you are working in VRay older than version 3.1 the BRDF section of the material will be empty, as there is Microfacet GTE(GGX) used, so you need to choose Blinn, Phong or Ward – whatever suits you the best.

All maps fully compatible with PBR roughness-metallic workflow so these models can be used in other 3d software supporting it without any problems with conversions and so on.
