The concept and design of YouTube Radio was developed by Jieun Jeong.
The basic concept is to deliver content only with sound, which in turn does not distract from the main tasks.
Radio: To preserve YouTube’s identity, the product’s shape was designed in proportion to the YouTube logo, and the primary colors are red and black. A strong red main body, mesh front speaker and intense contrast in shiny black material accentuated You Tube's retro style.
Pen: Comments are an important element for communication. YouTube radio has included smartpen technology in the comment feature. If you write a short article using a pen on paper and click the Submit button, the ink will be converted to a digital image and sent to YouTube.
